I’ve been a communications person since 2001 working across local government, regional b2b, national and international consumer, political and global technology accounts. I’ve been blogging since 2004 (with several hiatus’) and I’m currently working at Wolfstar in Leeds. I live in York, like cricket and whiskey and I’ve recently been converted to opera. I like to think I’m less square than this makes me sound, but I’m probably not.
This blog is all about how the fundamental shift in consumer behaviour, brought about by the social internet, will fundamentally change the way business works, and in some rare cases hopefully helping a few people along the way.
